Ι. GENERAL
This Privacy Policy, as applied by our company FUNKY GOURMET ESTIATORIA EPE [FUNKY GOURMET RESTAURANTS LTD], trading under the name of FUNKY GOURMET (hereinafter the Company), provides detailed information on when and why we collect your personal data, the way in which we use and process them, how long we keep them and, finally, under which conditions we disclose them to third persons.

ΙΙ. THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
Our Company, in the capacity of Data Controller, collects and keeps data that are willingly provided to us and are absolutely necessary for our transactions. We process your personal data when you contact us by telephone or email in order to make a reservation/reservations at our restaurant and when you receive newsletters informing you about our Company's news. Furthermore, you may be asked to provide sensitive personal data related to any special dietary requirements. The sole purpose of processing these data is to provide you with the best possible service as a customer of our restaurant and, above all, to protect your interests and avoid any risks to your health or life in the case of, e.g. food allergies or intolerance to specific food(s) or raw material(s). -Contact details, such as your residential/business address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number;

ΙΙΙ. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the following, as the case may be:
a) Fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations;
b) Compliance with the Company's legal obligations or grounds of public interest;

If you are required to provide data for this purpose, it will be expressly stated. ΙV. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
1. For the purposes of executing any contract concluded between us and generally any transaction, and in particular:
a) In order to communicate with you in regard to any issue that may arise in the framework of our transaction, such as for reservations at our restaurant, planning an event for you, responding to specific requests/questions you have sent us;
b) In order to collect payment for our services and issuing the legally required receipts/invoices;
c) In order to protect the Company's legal rights before authorities and/or fulfilling the Company's obligations to comply with the requirements of supervisory authorities;
d) In order to ensure the accuracy and correctness of data so as to enable the proper execution of any transaction.
2. For promotional purposes by sending out our Newsletter so that you can be informed about our services, menu, events and Company news or about publications, research and other activities related to the Company's fields of activity. In this case, the personal data that are processed by us are the e-mail addresses of our Newsletter's subscribers, for as long as they wish to receive our Newsletter. V. DATA RECIPIENTS
The recipients of your personal data, to whom they may be disclosed – depending on the case – in strict confidence are the following:
a) Company employees, affiliated and collaborating companies, such as companies providing technical support services;
b) external collaborators of the Company, such as lawyers, economists, tax consultants and other consultants to whom the Company assigns specific tasks;
c) associates and service providers in general, to whom the data are forwarded for the purposes of processing a request or executing a contract concluded with you, or for the purposes of ensuring your legal interests,
d) public agencies or judicial authorities such as public prosecutor offices, courts or tax authorities, to whom we are required to forward personal data based on emergency legal provisions in the framework of their duties, on condition that confidentiality will be observed in each case.

VI. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We store your personal data for as long as is necessary in order to meet the objectives set out in this document or generally in any contractual documents concluded between us, or – if you have provided consent – for as long as your consent applies without having been withdrawn. Especially in the case of credit or debit card details provided to us for the purpose of making a reservation at our restaurant, these data are immediately destroyed following the completion of the dinner, without being used, in all of the Company's databases. The same applies to the charging of your credit or debit card in the case of no-show after confirmation of a reservation. In the case of dinner gift, credit or debit card details provided to us are used, following their collection, only once for the purpose of charging a specific bill and are immediately destroyed following the execution of the order in all of the Company's databases. Furthermore, we store your data insofar as we are required to do so as part of the fulfilment of our commercial and tax obligations. In any case, this period cannot be longer than ten (10) years. At the end of the aforementioned period, personal data are destroyed. In particular, we delete your personal data immediately once the legal basis for their processing ceases to apply, if they are no longer necessary for the purposes of preparing and executing a contract, and provided there is no other legal basis, and in the case of objection on your part, unless further processing is permitted in accordance with the relevant legal provisions, if we are required to do so on other legal grounds.
In cases where the retention of personal data is necessary in order for the Company to exercise or protect its legal rights under the current legislation before judicial or other authorities, the above deadline shall be extended until the end of the period in which these data are necessary for the above purposes.

VII. CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY AND EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
In accordance with the law on protection against the processing of personal data, you have the right to:
1. Request access to your personal data and, in particular, information on the specific personal data that have undergone or are currently undergoing processing, the purposes for which we are processing them, the categories of recipients to whom they have been sent, the scheduled period of retention and their origin.
2. Raise objections at any time and object to the processing of data concerning you, request that your data be deleted and forward your data to another data controller, without any objections on the part of the Company, or request that the company immediately forward your data to another data controller.
3. Request the correction of your personal data kept by us. This allows you to correct any incomplete or inaccurate information we have on you.
4. Request that the processing of your personal data be restricted to specific purposes, provided there are doubts as to the correctness of the data or the processing is illegal.
5. Withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time, in cases where processing is carried out with your consent. In this case, we will cease to process your personal data, without this affecting the legality of any processing having taken place up until the time of withdrawal of your consent.
6. File a report/complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
